To me all memories are priceless because they are things you are going to want to remember when you are older. My favorite priceless memory is when on of my best friends, Ben, invited me and my other friend, kyle, to go to the USC football game. When we where there we made soooo many amazing memories together! This memory is so special to me now because Ben moved away to washington with his family because his dad got offered a job.  That is my priceless memory. :D
