Memories are priceless  because you can always keep them in your heart no matter what. You can always  remember them in sad times, but the memory will never fade. You can't sell your own memories. Well, You can tell it to a friend or a kid and then they'll have a memory they will never forget.  Memories are priceless but some are precious to you like the first day you lost a tooth or when you got a trophy.  Now thats a Priceless memory.
