Memories are priceless because the memory can only be yours. Another person was most likely with you but only you can think that memory is priceless because if you see something that reminds you of that memory only you remember it the other person might think that the memory was not priceless. My most priceless memory is when the whole family is all having fun because you think this is a great time and you don't want it to end.
