Rubin had ax in his stomach/chest Billy was very shocked of seeing Rubin. Would you take out the ax?yes or no? How would you feel if you were Billy?

If I was Billy I would of been shocked not just shoked but surprised of seeing Rubin with a ax in stomach/chest.If Rubin ask me to take out the ax,I would not take out the ax because the blood might gush out like a gush candy. I would feel very sad not just sad but gillty .
