I would take out the ax. Because you he is already dead. I know blood will come out of stomach. So what is the point having to ax in his stomach . It will be a bad experience but I answer his last request.
I would feel scare because I'm alone which is scary. I will be so sad and why will his brother leave. So at the same time I will be confused. Dead person on the left, and on the right brother that left for the place.
