It's an example of foreshadowing because the night is dark and slick. The coon has played some trick but not deadly ones.This made me feel very suspicious. It made me feel suspicious because everything Grandpa has said has come true.

It's an example of foreshadowing because usually when it's quiet something bad happens.This made me feel scared because I feel something will happen.
